DesignSwitch is a directory platform that connects design companies and freelancers from all over the world in one place. It is a global design directory platform that helps clients directly explore and connect with the best partner for their needs. It helps clients preparing for a project to directly review the actual work of design companies and freelancers to find a suitable design partner. Our goal is for clients to be able to verify the expertise of the registered design companies and freelancers and have a wider and deeper range of options.
We provide basic information that is usually available on a design company's website. This includes various details such as their website, headquarters and branch addresses, phone numbers, social media links, and even business and market types.
You do not need to sign up to search for design partners or view their information. However, by signing up, you can use the 'My List' feature to save your favorite design companies, and if you are registered as a manager for a design company, you will have access to features like editing company information and viewing user click data.
The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy can be found under the 'Help' menu at the bottom of the website.
Partner Registration
There is no cost to register as a design company or freelancer.
If the company or freelancer registers directly: You must proceed with a profile manager registration along with the profile registration.
If a third-party user registers information: To ensure the trustworthiness and accurate management of partner information, the rights to register, modify, and delete the information entered by the author are transferred to the site administrator. However, in the case of freelancer information, we do not publish it to protect personal privacy.
Profiles registered in this manner are posted after an administrator's review.

For design companies, you can provide the company name, logo, head office and branch addresses, main phone and branch numbers, email, website, and social media links. For market type, you can select Global, Local, or Regional, set an initial project cost, and choose up to 6 tags for your design specialty.

Yes, you can select specific design categories and choose up to 6 predefined tags. Additionally, words from your company's description are also searchable via the top search bar, which allows you to further emphasize your expertise.
You can select up to 6 tags for your profile. To ensure fair opportunities for all, you must choose from the predefined tags. If you wish to suggest a new tag, please leave a message in the 'Report & Feedback' section at the bottom of the site, and we will review it for consideration.
All registered information is reviewed and published, and we aim to have it reflected within one day. Additionally, if you apply to be a manager during the review stage after registration, we will grant you manager privileges upon publication.
You can check your registered information by logging into your account, visiting the user dashboard, and going to 'My Company'. The 'My Company' tab menu provides features such as view, clicks view, modify, and delete.

Search & Results
On DesignSwitch, you can find filters for 10 design industry categories, active continents and regions, design partner types, business scope, design-related tags, and project budgets. In addition to these filters, you can also search for company introductions, company names, etc., using the search bar at the top of the site.

Search results are primarily displayed based on search filters and relevance, but they are prioritized to show Premier Partners, Featured Partners, and Verified Partners first. Standard partners are displayed after that.
There are no specific criteria for ranking high in search results. While the order of prioritized partners—Premier Partners, Featured Partners, and Verified Partners—is fixed, their display within those tiers is random.

The 'My Company' tab menu includes a 'View Clicks' feature where you can visually check data like profile clicks, website clicks, and clicks on your registered social media links. The number next to the heart icon (♡) on your profile screen indicates how many times users have added your profile to their 'My List.'

A Verified Partner is a company or freelancer who actively manages their own profile. In the case of a company, a designated representative handles the management, while a freelancer manages it themselves. A Featured Partner does not directly manage their profile but gains priority exposure for a small fee. A Premier Partner is a profile-managing company that pays a fee to have the highest priority in profile exposure.
The display order is as follows:

3. Verified Partner : Blue Label
4. Regular Partner : No Label

Our advertising fees are paid via a secure PayPal invoice. After you submit the application form, we will send a payment invoice to your provided email address. You can easily pay with a credit or debit card through the invoice link.
Once your advertisement is activated, it cannot be paused or temporarily suspended. Our advertising service is a pre-paid, fixed-term plan designed to provide continuous exposure. However, you can freely update your profile and portfolio content at any time.
Client-Partner Interaction
You are welcome to contact any partner directly. DesignSwitch is not a B2B platform, but rather a directory, so there's no need to go through us.
When you reach out, we'd appreciate it if you could let the partner know that you found them through DesignSwitch. This helps us ensure we continue to provide a valuable service for both clients and design partners.

Once you have connected with a design partner, you should begin the process by drafting and signing a contract. It's essential to follow your company's internal procedures and clearly define project details to avoid any future misunderstandings. Since DesignSwitch is only a platform to help you find a partner, all subsequent project management and payment responsibilities lie with the involved parties.

If you find that a profile's information is not up-to-date or has incorrect details, please report it using the 'Report Company' button on the profile pop-up, or by using the form in the 'Report & Feedback' menu at the bottom of our website. We will promptly review and take action.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account immediately through the 'Delete Account' menu on your user dashboard. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal information and activity history.

To delete a partner profile, please submit a request using the delete function in the 'My Company' menu on your dashboard. Once the request is submitted, the profile will be immediately unpublished, and it will be completely deleted from the site following an internal review process.
